What is the workshop about?

Being busy is almost a badge of honour in the modern world and with this comes lots decisions, lots of thinking and feelings of stress, overwhelm and anxiety. This two hour workshop is a unique blend of Matt’s two most popular educational courses, stress management and introduction to meditation. This workshop will provide a practical blue print to help you improve focus, boost memory, reduce anxiety and give you resources to develop mental wellbeing fit for the modern world.

In this two hour workshop you will:

  • Learn the difference between acute and chronic stress.

  • Understand THE number one cause of chronic stress.

  • Receive practical tips on how to deal with acute stress which you can apply the moment you leave the workshop.

  • Have long term options to combat stress and improve your physical and mental health making you happier, healthier and more productive.

  • Meditation will be explained in a way that makes it easy to understand.

  • You will leave with simple techniques that fit into your busy life.

  • Receive guided meditations that allow you to practise after the course has finished.

  • Be given access to the 3 hour recorded version of Matts introduction to meditation course. (Value £80)

  • Have to opportunity to have your questions answered.

Who is Matt Marney?

About

Matt has been working in the wellness space for over 20 years. He is a personal trainer, Pilates instructor and meditation teacher. Matt channels this unique experience and passion for educating through his company Wellness Education Dubai, which delivers corporate wellness strategies to organisations who wish to create happier, healthier and more productive employees. He continues to communicate his message on his podcast The Matt Marney Fitness Show.

Retreat teaching is another vehicle Matt uses to improve people's physical and mental wellbeing and most importantly empowers people to make real lasting change.
