What Information Does Mini Picassos Collect and Why?

Mini Picassos collect names, email addresses, postal addresses for all of those who have signed up to our newsletter, requested to join Mini Picassos to take part in the art activities/courses/holiday workshops/

We also collect credit/debit card information with our bookings system Active Network secure website in order to process course/workshop payments & managemembership for those of you who have subscribed to it. This financial information is collected through Active Network secure, reputable and encrypted systems and it is stored on their platforms (no financial details are visible to me or any members of the board).

The postal addresses are only used when contact via email or phone is unsuccessful

Mini Picassos does not and will never share any data with any third parties or send your details on to anyone unless we have specifically asked if you would like us to connect you to someone and you have agreed to it and you have told us whether you would like us to use your email or phone details.

Where Is the Data Stored?

Your personal information such as name and email address, are only held on the MailChimp website as well as on the Mini Picassos computer system.

Mini Picassos does not hold any personal information on spreadsheets except names for event attendance. Should a list need to be printed for an event, it will be shredded by Sarah immediately afterwards.

How Do I Unsubscribe?

You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the newsletter. You may request your personal data deletion at any time by emailing Deletion of personal data will result in your registration membership deletion (unsubscribing from the newsletter will not).
