Mini Picassos Ltd – Party Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a party at Mini Picassos. By making payment for your party, you agree to comply with the following guidelines:
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required in advance to secure your chosen date and time.
If payment is not received within 7 days of the issued invoice, your booking will not be confirmed and may be offered to another client.
Party Compliance Deposit
In order to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone involved, as well as to comply with our building insurance requirements and to show consideration for our neighbours, we have outlined a set of party rules for your attention.
Please read thoroughly our Party compliance form and sign prior to your party.
Guest List
Parents/carers must provide a list of guest names before the event. This can be emailed in advance or handed to your party host upon arrival.
Guest Capacity
We can accommodate a maximum of 22 children participating in art activities per party.
Final Guest Count
The final number of guests must be confirmed by Wednesday at 1:00 PM prior to your party date.
After this time, additional guests cannot be added, as we require sufficient time to prepare materials and staff.
Activity & Theme Confirmation
Finalised activity/theme selections are also required by Wednesday at 1:00 PM prior to your party.
Changes after this deadline are not permitted.
If we have not received your selection by this time, Mini Picassos will assign an activity on your behalf.
Food During Activities
For health and safety reasons, food is not permitted while the main art activity is taking place. Food will be served after the art activity has finished.
If needed, children may eat in the kitchen area while the main art activity is underway; however, we kindly encourage everyone to take part in the activity together where possible, to ensure the best experience for all guests.
Clothing
We recommend that children wear old clothes as activities can be messy. Aprons are provided, but paint may still get on clothing.
Mini Picassos is not liable for any damage to clothing.
Behaviour
Children are expected to behave kindly and respectfully. Boisterous behaviour is discouraged for safety and enjoyment.
Party Setup & Close-Down
You may arrive up to 30 minutes before the party start time to set up and will have 30 minutes after the party ends for pack-down and say goodbyes.
Please note that set-up time is limited and cannot be extended, so we kindly ask that parents arrive promptly and ready to begin setting up on arrival.
Parties must end promptly. If your party exceeds the allocated time, a £50 late fee will be charged.
Rubbish Disposal
While refuse collection is limited, we can dispose of your rubbish if needed.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your party up to 30 days prior to the booked date, subject to a £130 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible to request a postponement.
While we will do our best to reschedule parties cancelled within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee availability.
Mini Picassos Ltd reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time.
Outdoor Use
Weather permitting, guests are welcome to use our outdoor garden area.
Children must be supervised by a parent/carer at all times while outdoors. Party hosts are not responsible for supervising children in the garden.
For everyone’s safety, children must remain in the decking area at all times and are not permitted to enter the garden studio or any area beyond the decking at the rear of the garden.
The studio cannot accept responsibility for the safety of any child who leaves the decking area. Repeated disregard of this policy may require us to pause or stop the party for safety reasons.
For safety:
No climbing on benches or trees
Our outside decking is not fenced in, parents must be vigilant of their children in our outdoor area.
Helium Canisters
Helium canisters are not allowed in the studio.
If brought, they must be taken home and disposed of by the guest.
