• Studio space for 2 hours • A fabulous Art Leader and assistant will lead the art activity, help rearrange furniture for food and cake, lead the birthday song, and run party games. • A Bluetooth speaker is available with Spotify and our party playlist, or you’re welcome to connect your own device and play your own music. • Personalised Invitation - See example here.(undefined) • Bubble Machine • Paper bag (with handles) decorated by guests, for art creations to go home in. • Access to the outdoor terrace at the back of the studio. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. For safety reasons, please ensure no one goes beyond the decking. • All painting materials + main activity creation - guests take home • Aprons - Paint will stain so we recommend coming in messy clothes to be safe.

We host parties at the weekends! • Saturday 3:30 - 5:30pm • Sunday 11am - 1pm • Sunday 3pm - 5pm We’re unable to offer parties on weekdays or earlier on Saturdays due to our term classes.

Our party packages for 12 children start at £525.00 (including 20% VAT). If you’d like to invite additional children, it’s £15.00 per participating guest (including VAT). Please note that for parties of 12 guests and above, we only charge for children taking part in the art activities. We can happily accommodate up to 22 participating guests.

The activities vary depending on the age of the guests. 2 - 5+yrs (https://www.minipicassos.co.uk/toddlersgallery) We offer painting ceramics, abstract fun, hungry caterpillar and more! You have the room set out with various activity tables + painting easels. The children can decorate their own party bag and crown, with sequins and pens. Dance to the music + stickers! ​ 5 - 7+yrs (https://www.minipicassos.co.uk/5andupparties) (https://www.minipicassos.co.uk/5andupparties)Paint like the masters, choose your favourite Artist or theme and be inspired! Decorate your own party bags, Paint on a canvas tote bag, collage a fun Picasso portrait and more to choose from. ​​ 8+yrs (https://www.minipicassos.co.uk/8yrs-and-up) Available on Saturdays 3:30 - 5:30pm, offering a range of activities - including painting, clay sculpting and more! ​ GAMES After food, cake and art activities, there will be a chance to play games, dance and enjoy bubbles! Your Party host will organise the games. Popular choices include the classics - Musical Statues + Pass the Parcel. ​ We have our BIG pass the parcel box available! Essentially it is Lucky dip to music. Bring a long lots of little prizes, when the music stops the guest reaches in to pick a prize. Always fun with a BIG box + saves on wrapping paper.

Parents, Family and Friends are absolutely welcome to stay for the whole duration, alternatively it can be a drop off party... it's up to you. We have a kitchen area that leads out into a patio at the back of the studio, which is a nice area to congregate. You can BYOB to party events, along with any extra refreshments for adult guests - alcohol is permitted. ​ Due to our studio size, we say a maximum of 22 children - we recommend limiting adult attendees if the party size is large, due to space particularly in the colder months.

Decorations Please bring your own decorations and balloons. You’re welcome to use our pin boards and tac, but kindly avoid using cello tape on the windows. Food & Tableware We don’t provide food as part of the party package, so please bring your own along with any cups, plates, and cutlery you may need. We do have an under-counter fridge, a kettle, and 1L jugs available for you to use. Drinks Please bring your own drinks, we have a kettle and small under-counter fridge. Parents may need to bring cooler box or bucket of ice, to keep drinks cool. Alcohol is permitted at our studio. Party Game Prizes Please bring prizes for the party games. We recommend bringing several small prizes rather than one large one, as this usually works best. Tables & Tablecloths We provide oilcloth table covers for your party, but you’re welcome to bring your own cloths or disposables if you prefer. Our tables are 6ft x 2ft, and depending on your party size, we may use up to six tables.

We are based in the heart of Kensal Rise, London Mini Picassos 8 Station Terrace Kensal Rise London NW10 5RT ​ • Opposite Overground Station Kensal Rise. 8 minute walk from Kensal Green on the Bakerloo Line. ​ • 52 & 6 bus routes nearest stop is Tesco Express on Chamberlayne Rd. Mini Picassos Ltd – Party Terms & Conditions Last reviewed: January 2026 Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a party at Mini Picassos. By making payment for your party, you agree to comply with the following guidelines: Booking & Payment • Full payment is required in advance to secure your chosen date and time. • If payment is not received within 7 days of the issued invoice, your booking will not be confirmed and may be offered to another client. Party Compliance Deposit In order to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone involved, as well as to comply with our building insurance requirements and to show consideration for our neighbours, we have outlined a set of party rules for your attention. • A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure all party reservations. This deposit helps ensure that the party runs smoothly and that all venue rules and guidelines are followed by guests. The deposit may be used to cover any damages, excessive cleaning, or failure to comply with venue policies during the event. Provided that all rules are adhered to and no issues arise, the deposit will be refunded after the party. Guest List • Parents/carers must provide a list of guest names before the event. This can be emailed in advance or handed to your party host upon arrival. Guest Capacity • We can accommodate a maximum of 22 children who are participating in the art activity per party. Final Guest Count • The final number of guests must be confirmed by Wednesday at 1:00 PM prior to your party date. • After this time, additional guests cannot be added, as we require sufficient time to prepare materials and staff. Activity & Theme Confirmation • Finalised activity/theme selections are also required by Wednesday at 1:00 PM prior to your party. • Changes after this deadline are not permitted. • If we have not received your selection by this time, Mini Picassos will assign an activity on your behalf. Food During Activities • For health and safety reasons, food is not permitted while the main art activity is taking place. Food will be served after the art activity has finished. • If needed, children may eat in the kitchen area while the main art activity is underway; however, we kindly encourage everyone to take part in the activity together where possible, to ensure the best experience for all guests. Clothing • We recommend that children wear old clothes as activities can be messy. Aprons are provided, but paint may still get on clothing. • Mini Picassos is not liable for any damage to clothing. Behaviour • Children are expected to behave kindly and respectfully. Boisterous behaviour is discouraged for safety and enjoyment. Party Setup & Close-Down • You may arrive up to 30 minutes before the party start time to set up and will have 30 minutes after the party ends for pack-down and say goodbyes.  • Please note that set-up time is limited and cannot be extended, so we kindly ask that parents arrive promptly and ready to begin setting up on arrival. • Parties must end promptly. If your party exceeds the allocated time, a £50 late fee will be charged. Rubbish Disposal • While refuse collection is limited, we can dispose of your rubbish if needed. Cancellation Policy • You may cancel your party up to 30 days prior to the booked date, subject to a £130 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable. • If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible to request a postponement. • While we will do our best to reschedule parties cancelled within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee availability. • Mini Picassos Ltd reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Outdoor Use • Weather permitting, guests are welcome to use our outdoor garden area. • Children must be supervised by a parent/carer at all times while outdoors. Party hosts are not responsible for supervising children in the garden. • For everyone’s safety, children must remain in the decking area at all times and are not permitted to enter the garden studio or any area beyond the decking at the rear of the garden. • The studio cannot accept responsibility for the safety of any child who leaves the decking area. Repeated disregard of this policy may require us to pause or stop the party for safety reasons. • For safety: • No climbing on benches or trees • Our outside decking is not fenced in, parents must be vigilant of their children in our outdoor area. Helium Canisters • Helium canisters are not allowed in the studio. • If brought, they must be taken home and disposed of by the guest.
